As an international association of more than 125 business units that operate independently, The Marmon Group enlisted us to modify their existing headquarters in Chicago. Once the planning was finalized, however, our team and their leaders agreed that the organization’s space did not match its mission.

Concluding that a relocation was imminent, we led a collaborative process — within a tight budget and a rigorous construction schedule — that remained focused on the company’s objectives. The new headquarters boasts an exhibit room/casual meeting space, a state-of-the-art Board Room, a workout facility with showers, and a fully appointed lunch room/lounge.
